“While not huge, they are one of the few plumbing fixture stores that have a good selection of fixtures, appliances, etc, much more than in a Best Buy store! They also have helpful staff who can assist with selection, answer questions and provide excellent service for the inevitable small parts that are needed for the installation. “Great place, store attendants were helpful and moreknowledgeable than typical people working at big box stores. My 15 year old water heater had took a crap, and it was time to get a new one. I planned to replace it quickly, but I wasn't happy with the on-hand brand selection at the big box stores. I did a quick google search, and found this place less than a mile from mg house. I called their hotline on my way to work at about 7:30 am, and I was able to put an order in for pick up that same day. I received a text message about and hour later indicating the order was ready. I picked it up at about 4 pm on my way home from work. The man that helped me answered some basic questions about installation, as I had never installed one before, and he loaded it onto my truck for me. I had hot water three hours later.”

Details: I ordered a printer and a few miscelaneous items on the app. I got text updates as my order was fulfilled and ready. Inside the store I had a great pickup experience! As I browsed around, I noticed the store was pretty busy, but the staff were all working hard and handling the departments well.
Standout: The employee in Geeksquad was awesome! He helped me find a screen protector, installed it on the phone, and had me out of the store in just a few minutes. I did not note his name but it was 06/26/24 at 19:25 (7:25 PM)

“I just bought a metal canopy at Lowe’s in Upland. I got a little problem when placing the order, their computer system was down , the order was not posted, I called back and Tom and Ramon helped me with the transaction, it took 2 days to solve the problem within the store and their credit card services, but thank God Tom was able to do it and honor the price online????. WALTER" this gentleman was so so helpful he did not only help my husband find what he need it but he literally helped us load wood, drywall into the cart, but if that was not enough he helped us load everything up in our truck, with a smile, "MR. WALTER " literally needs to be recognized for the amazing work he does and the amazing costumer service he provides, to the home depot customers. “Jennifer, who works at the paint center, is an angel! That woman deserves a raise. She's kind, helpful and knowledgeable. A great example for the way costumer service should be. She answered all my questions about what types of paints I could use to paint my grandmother's mobile home wood panel walls, to help me make an informed decision. She also made sure I had the correct paint rollers and other supplies. I will definitely be coming back to her for my next paint project!”
