“I received excellent customer service from Marlena at the pro desk. It seems lately that is very hard to find in this world. Marlena made countless phone calls to the supplier and to me to make sure I got the AC unit that I ordered from her. The whole process took months. None of that was her fault. “On Friday Dec. 1st I stopped to look for and buy lithium batteries. Could not find AA lithium on the kiosk so I asked a male cashier who was standing around outside of his work station and his replay to me was "if you don't see it we don't have it" and walked away! I was totally caught off guard by his rudeness, as I was leaving and passing the work station next to his station, Cashier Olay asked if I found every thing ok and i explained my situation which she said " yes we have them " and took me to the kiosk grabbed the lithium batteries and apologized for her coworkers rudeness !!!! Now that's what I call 5 Star Service form a great Home Depot employee. Thank You Cashier Olay Don R.”

“I've been using Air Masters for many years for regular services to my ac. I have always contacted Frank who is absolutely amazing. We needed to enhance our ac for efficiency as our old system was not cooling all the rooms as needed. We decided to install new air ducting with new dampers and to add a zone system. The results have been amazing. We have three thermostats now and can efficiently control our ac. The difference is amazing. The installers were wonderful, polite, careful and efficient. I will continue to use this company. We are enjoying our increased air flow and ac at home.”
