Horrible horrible customer service. Very rude employees and manager. They act like they don't care and do t want people to adopt their animals. They need to fire the gentleman who is the manager for starters!

The best place to get a rescue animal! Volunteers bring animals to live with them, socialize them, and the organization takes car of all shots, health, and spay/neuter costs until animals get adopted. This organization also keeps all records and you get copies of all health history ?. Amazing organization! I've adopted one animal and a family member has adopted another and you can tell a major difference in these animals versus ones that only know a cage.

Attempted adopting a dog and it did not work out due to another animal already in the home. We were sad to give the dog back; however sometimes it happens. We were already ashamed and upset with the situation and Becky made the situation worse by being extremely rude. I understand that it's not ideal to have to return an adoption; however, it is already a cumbersome situation without someone being extremely rude and unprofessional on top of it. The only negative experienc

A PSA to all: It's disheartening to have a negative experience and everybody is entitled to their feelings but... Please keep in mind this is run by volunteers who have lives and responsibilities of their own but love the cause so much they spend much of their free time working diligently to save these animals. That being said, there's only so much one person can do. Sometimes there is only a couple volunteers doing their best at 20 different jobs. That means things won't alw

HSSC may have it's issues, but it is trying to work with limited volunteers. It is doing the best it can. Yes we should strive to be a professional as we can under all circumstances, but that is easier said than done when issues beyond our control occur. These animals are the first concern. That they get to good homes and are loved. If there is a issue after adoption, we should work with the family, but try to remember that. Dog is a responsibility both food and bar. You just should not through up your hands and say I changed my mind. That is not fair to the animal or our staff. If you think something could be done better, by all means complete an application and join to bring on new ideas, they are welcome.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my customers at Petsmart. I've had a handful of customers over the past months come up to me to complain about the incredible rudness of "the adoption people". I then have to apologize and explain that they don't work for Petsmart and there's really nothing I can do about it, other than agree that they are completely unprofessional. I've brought this up with my manager and she basically told me the same thing and that's it's "not the first time we've gotten complaints" and there's really nothing we can do about them. How is this ok?
