“As I've seen in various reviews, delivery can take a while. My Kaprizov jersey took just under four weeks...and was worth the wait. I'm always a little worried with ordering online and items running small but this is spot-on with the NHL's Adidas jerseys. If you own one, order the same size. The sleeves may be a tad longer but better too long than too short and I prefer jerseys with a little extra arm length. Stitching looks good and the player name is on a plate, which is then sewn on. I received the year with a Master Card logo and had ordered the one without but I'm not going to sweat it.If there's one complaint I had with the order is that Lutch is 100% unresponsive and unreachable from a customer service standpoint. The order remained "in production" for over three weeks, they didn't respond to any of three emails and the company's phone number dumps to a voicemail account that's full. In the end that's fine since my order was as expected but if you have an issue with your order be prepared to contest the credit card charge and send the item back with a signature required.”

“I came to The Softball Group because my daughter has been wanting to play softball. I signed her up for summer camp, and I had no idea what to get her. I went to Dicks Sporting Goods and the associates there didn't know anything about softball and weren't much help. I stumbled upon The Softball group and met Kim. Kim was amazing. I told her I had no clue about softball and didn't know where to begin. Kim spent time with my daughter, properly sized her batting helmet, bat, and gloves. Kim also gave my daughter tips and helped her with her batting stance. I highly recommend The Softball Group for anything softball related. Kim is a savior!!”

“Visited this location to have a hat custom embroidered. The gentleman who assisted me the first time was very informative. He let me know that my custom design would have to be send to their design dept and it was a three day turn around. Since I wanted the hat for the next day we agreed on making a rough draft, which came out very good for rough draft. A few days later the design has come back and I visited the store again. Another gentleman helped me this time, he was also very attentive and created a masterpiece. I was very happy with the service I got both times. I did happen to visit other locations before going to the MV location. At the two other stores the associates weren't very attentive and they didn't have the hat I needed in stock. I've been a customer of lids for a long time and will continue to be!”

“Never thought I'd be one of those girls with the fanny pack around her chest but there I was at Lululemon on the hunt for one. My coworker suggest I get one since I really don't like holding purses. That and someone stole my phone a week ago so a fanny pack it is! I walked in to Lululemon for the first time and it was exactly what I was expecting which was a store full of exercise I found the area where all their mini bags and saw one blue mini 'everyday bag' as they're called. I wanted one in black because it's more versatile. They had the size up but that had too much space for the few items I do carry. There were two friendly associates at the registers and I wish I got their names. The male was checking out a guest while I asked the female if they had a mini black everyday bag. She went to go check for their extra inventory in the back and returned with one in black. There was a line so I took the item and went to the back. The guy helped check me out and even cut off the tag so I could use the bag. Overall it was a very short and sweet trip to Lululemon and they had the one thing I was in search for! Will for sure venture further in the store the next time I'm at the mall.”
