The employees go above and beyond to help you find what you need.I take my grandson there on shopping sprees and the employees are so friendly the second you walk we the door. I had just been treated very poorly at another company prior to showing up at Express in Mission Viejo Mall, so it was to my surprise and to my immense gratitude that Van helped me find the right sizes in different styles for me, and even went out of her way to look in other places within the store to make sure they had what I wanted. “I cannot believe this place has only a few stars! What an awesome job they did on custom tailoring! We basically took my daughter softball pants apart, and rebuild them. The pants were way too big on her, and she refuses to wear them baggie. We already have the smallest size the brand makes, so my only option was to have them tailored. I am amazed at the craftsman ship of the seamstress. This is the second custom tailor job I've had done by this place, and five stars on both jobs. It is so hard to find an excellent Tailor like this one! I will not go anywhere else.”

“I have been here a handful of times, but have mostly made our purchases through their online website. My daughter actually wanted to shop on Black Friday, so we hit up Forever 21. They were having a decent sale in person (and online) where everything was 50% off, unlike some of the other stores in the Shops at Mission Viejo Mall who had no sales running (or just their usual daily advertisements). She ended up falling in love with a couple of really cute Fall colored jackets, stylish pants and tops. We also picked up a few accessories for ourselves and for Christmas gifts along the way while we waited in their crazy long line (yet manageable with patience) as we made our way up to the registers. We will definitely be back!”

“I can't believe I'm just discovering Abercrombie. I was at The Shops at Mission Viejo and the scent of the cologne coming from the store was so great I decided to go inside. I found an awesome over shirt and was surprised at how great the quality was. Then I received an email about the softest material tee shirts. I had a need for a few and stopped by; they truly are soft af, so I picked up a few. Both times I stopped by, the staff was great and I'll definitely be back to discover more.”

We had a small glitch about the mattress we had originally ordered, and needed to re order. Nancy responded to us while on her vacation time and reassured us and set things up perfectly to be handled when she got back. They were handled and with a great result. “Never thought I'd be one of those girls with the fanny pack around her chest but there I was at Lululemon on the hunt for one. My coworker suggest I get one since I really don't like holding purses. That and someone stole my phone a week ago so a fanny pack it is! I walked in to Lululemon for the first time and it was exactly what I was expecting which was a store full of exercise I found the area where all their mini bags and saw one blue mini 'everyday bag' as they're called. I wanted one in black because it's more versatile. They had the size up but that had too much space for the few items I do carry. There were two friendly associates at the registers and I wish I got their names. The male was checking out a guest while I asked the female if they had a mini black everyday bag. She went to go check for their extra inventory in the back and returned with one in black. There was a line so I took the item and went to the back. The guy helped check me out and even cut off the tag so I could use the bag. Overall it was a very short and sweet trip to Lululemon and they had the one thing I was in search for! Will for sure venture further in the store the next time I'm at the mall.”
