Been renting regularly at this Avis Branch and my experience with Manager AB is super pleasant. He makes it easy have documents ready so i can be out on a timely manner. I appreciate all the help AB and excellent customer service you provide. #SatisfiedRegularCustomer.

Fraud! They are charging me $75 for a cleaning charge from pet hair. I never had an animal in the car! SCAMMERS!

Absolute worst customer service. A very angry old man. I would drive 3 hours to avoid this. He is awful!!
