Staff is always super nice. A word to the wise regarding retail and life in general: thank you and please do a long way. A&F staff always say “thank you for shopping with us.”

This location shrunk the men's section to almost non existent.It's mostly girls clothes.

The worst customer service ever! They would not take an item back, and even for store credit it had never even been worn or tried on, and still had the tag on. They were incredibly rude. Do not come here.
