“I needed a last minute oil change. I called my go to place and they were completely booked. Fortunately, I found Lupe’s Auto Center and they were able to squeeze me in. They also managed to get me out of there at the time they said they would. Which, I greatly appreciated because I had limited time. Came in and 45 minutes later I had my car, tires rotated and some light bulbs needed to be replaced but they asked me first if I wanted to get those done as well. “I will update if things change. All in all a good experience. They have a good selection of decent vehicles to choose from. This place was one of the few places that would help us out and was nearby. John was very helpful and let us check out several vehicles as the one we wanted was not up to task. After a difficult decision we decided on another vehicle and John altered our contract accordingly with no hassle. I will say ask questions and do your due diligence as these are used cars. That being said, our experience here was very good and would recommend this place if you have credit problems and are in need of a vehicle. So far we are satisfied with our purchase and experience. We got a 48 hour option to back out (for a small fee of course) and a 30 day-1000 mile warranty on any mechanical or electrical failure which is more than I expected. It has been 1 week now. We will update as and if necessary.”

“If you're seeking an expert and honest auto mechanic, this is it. The service is personal and friendly. The service is quick. I can't tell you how many times I've taken my car to the dealership for service, only to be told I need an exorbitant amount repairs for big bucks. I politely decline. I take it to Jerry's, show them the recommendations from the dealership's service department, and they do the work for half of what the service department wanted to charge. “I went in to get a tire puncture fix after calling and got a $20 phone quote. I got in quickly and was surprised she said it was free. Wow! They were sponsoring a Ronald McDonald charity and suggested donating instead.No problem there.
