The extra care was evident today... and early call to confirm my order placed on their site overnight was received; a call from Andrea checking that I had the right address (Oops! I transposed a number...) and a call confirming delivery to the right house, though no answer. This allowed me to call a relative in the next town who confirmed my elderly aunt was just out back.
Would an internet only shop have that level of personal attention? I'm so glad I ordered from Willow Branch Florist and so is my aunt! (She just called and said these are "the most gorgeous blooms in this arrangement." Total win!)”

“What an amazing flower shop! Philippe was so helpful and kind! He helped us find all the things we would need with doing our own wedding bouquets. The flowers were all put together and cleaned for pick up the next day. Everything was all together when I arrived the next day for pick up when I realized we needed some more flowers, a flower girl basket, and misc stuff. Phillippe and the kind woman who was also there came to my rescue! When I went to pay, the prices were so unbelievably fair.
