Had a roll of dimes to deposit, teller disbelieved it was $5 and proceeded to count it, and insisted it was 1 dime short after counting it incorrectly. I had to recount it for her. If you are a teller you should know how to count currency and not embarrass your customers by making them count it correctly for you

Terrible experience. I had to go to the bank for the 3rd time since they didn’t resolve my issue. Whereas a lot of people were waiting, some of the employees were just doing nothing and watching, instead of serving customers. Definitely the services need to be improved.

I've been a regular at Wells Fargo, reliably cashing my checks every month without issues. However, today's encounter with Teller Quy was less than satisfactory. Despite my routine transactions, she insisted on an unnecessary call to the check issuer due to a slight ink difference in the last name. While she eventually resolved it, I couldn't help feeling my appearance influenced the process. It would be great if the bank could improve communication and streamline such transactions for returning customers.

Staff seemed to not want to work went in ready to open an account the place was empty on a Thursday morning employee in charge of accounts was playing on her phone eating a bag of snacks and said she only works by appointment when I asked when the next appointment was she said she didn't know they are made online

The best customer service out of all wf branches. I prefer driving out of my way. I've been a customer since 1994..they are doing a great job hands down.

Wishing this place can improve on their customer service. They just don’t care about the customer and really dragging things out very long to serve for 1 customer. 7 others are doing nothing and ignore the situation while the people are waiting for 30-45 minutes to be served. Hoping the management will change the situation soon for the place like this.. Wells Fargo is a top banks for their customer service.

Today there was long line around the building at 4:00pm. There were only two tellers working and one employee at the door greeting people. I finally get called by the teller after 30 minutes and within seconds I knew this person didn't like how I looked. Well this teller found an excuse to not cash in my check because on the check it had two signature lines, but only one signature. The teller said the check needed two signatures and made this story up that the check couldn't be cashed. I didn't want to argue with the teller so I deposited the check through the ATM machine outside and it worked like a charm. Bottom line is this the employee will perform at lower standards if they feel like their not being appreciated by the upper management and the company it self. Luckily for me technology is on my side and it seems that technology is offering better customer service to the end user. I just wish this branch could do a better job since I've been coming here for years. I hope things change sooner than later. Wishing everyone a better experience than what I received today. Cheers

This is a small Wells Fargo Bank and that same term describes its parking lot since there are neighboring businesses that share the same lot. Coming here during peak hours will potentially raise your blood temperature and cause mood swings- you've been warned. Besides that, the customer service is good. Employees are always here to greet you upon arrival. I normally do my banking transactions with the ATM machines but whenever I'm in need of assistance, the staff is pretty helpful.

The environment is a bit loud because all working desk are next to each other. I just took my sister here to open a checking account and got help from Glenda. She was very friendly and sweet. Overall, I would come back to this place for help again.
