Had a roll of dimes to deposit, teller disbelieved it was $5 and proceeded to count it, and insisted it was 1 dime short after counting it incorrectly. I had to recount it for her. If you are a teller you should know how to count currency and not embarrass your customers by making them count it correctly for you

Terrible experience. I had to go to the bank for the 3rd time since they didn’t resolve my issue. Whereas a lot of people were waiting, some of the employees were just doing nothing and watching, instead of serving customers. Definitely the services need to be improved.

Staff seemed to not want to work went in ready to open an account the place was empty on a Thursday morning employee in charge of accounts was playing on her phone eating a bag of snacks and said she only works by appointment when I asked when the next appointment was she said she didn't know they are made online
