Joseph is an EXPERT at banking and wire transfer. Not only is he polite and courteous, he is truly knowledgeable for one as young as him. I was confused with rates but he was always patient and efficient. I visited several times before deciding to use the Bank's service. It took Joseph ALL of 10 minutes to have the money transferred. GIVE HIM A RAISE. In these awful trying times one must hold on to good people. Give him a raise or someone will steal him from you specially after this review. A++++++++++++++++++”
“Sara Saldona in the auto loan department of WELLS FARGO was EXTREMELY helpful with me today. I had a concussion from a car accident and numbers are VERY confusing to me still. She took her time and explained a mistake i had made. She corrected said mistake and helped me understand the situation. There were no "nice nasty" tones i hear from soooo many customer service people these days. She was so impressive and quick and courteous i had to tell her supervisor.
