That changed today when I needed to complete some cash transactions. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted with a friendly hello from the security guard, and then Lisa, who offered me a seat and quickly jumped into action to help me. Lisa was professional and fast, and the office environment was so pleasant, clean and following safe COVID protocols. Highly recommend this branch (and FRB in general) for banking!”
