We have used them multiple times for notary services passport photos and they are generally very prompt and the service is excellent.
Sometimes they are busy but that is because they are popular.

This place seems to have a lot of negative reviews but my experience has been nothing but positive. Great place to drop off pre-labeled packages when I'm working from home.
