Their employees do a good job in keeping the shelves fully stocked with available merchandise and regularly add new items to the clearance section. Their prices can be higher than Amazon and other competitors, but if you pay attention to their sales ads and price tag markdowns; you can save a substantial amount of money off of the original price.”

They handle customer requests promptly and are willing to help with short lead time needs. Larson has always been willing to repair the cases they have built that have wear and tear from use at a reasonable rate. I recommend using them for your packaging needs.”

“This fedex has pretty good service. First thing I will say my review is based on the customer service and not pricing. The staff here is really nice and informative. They are very helpful. An associate Jackie was super informative and patient with all my questions. She was able to find me a decent shipping price as well. This place is not too busy at least in the morning. I would assume it is busy during lunch and night (it's a busy plaza). The associates are very knowledgeable and try their best to help you quickly. They do have a drop box which is standard. You can scan (via self checkout) and drop it in the box or at the counter if the box is too big. The wait time is not too bad. Overall I like this place as the associates are great. It's easy to drop packages off. Foot traffic is low in the morning so it's not a long wait.”

627 E Calaveras Blvd, Milpitas“I came to this Staples location this week twice, and both times had surpassed my expectations.My initial project was printing glossy labels for an event, and the turn around time was very quick. Ruby had called me on the phone and told me that the labels could print 'better' if she used the major printing distribution center of Staples (which involved shipping it out). My event was for Thursday, and she was able to get things completed in two days! And they looked phenomenal too. Her attention to detail and excellent communication made the process easy and worthwhile.My second project was business cards (but for prayer cards for a funeral). This was extremely last minute since we had gotten our digital versions back so late, but Staples had an amazing turnaround time. I had placed my order and it was completed within three hours! It wasn't expected for another 7 hours, but I received the email very fast, and had seen my example immediately. They printed beautifully, clear, and perfect to carry around in wallets. During such a difficult time, Staples made it easy to get organized, stunning, prints in time. I was amazed at the quality, turnaround time, and value most of all. The cost was very fair and the results were breathtaking too. Thank you to Ruby for all of your help, you were wonderful and took care and consideration in my project as if it were your own.”

Employee Rahsaan was very patient, and took his time in printing Power of Attorney content on the special paper. He needed very little help after a basic explanation. 1121 Montague Expy, Milpitas“I've come to the conclusion that you shouldn't trust online review sites as all people that had a negative experience will undoubtedly show their displeasure but the truth isn't the same the other way. I should know this as a business owner and I let everyone else's experience on here form an opinion that just wasn't true. I had a package being delivered to an address I omitted the apartment number of. I didn't worry because North Face, where I made the purchase online, usually uses UPS or FedEx so I though, "easy, I'll just request delivery on a different day or request a change of address". That wasn't the case for OnTrac. So I go to their website to try to get more information on this and income across all of these reviews which makes meworry for my $500 package. These reviews convinced me that package was as goo as lost. Turns out it wasn't. On the same day the package was supposed to be delivered I was able to reach a customer service rep and had him cancel the delivery and told me to contact North Face about requesting a change of address as that was the only channel possible to do so. I presume they heard from North Face that same morning I sent the request and they were able to deliver it the same day it was originally supposed to get delivered which out a hitch. I'm not saying these negative reviews are not real people's experience with OnTrac but they probably represent only a small percentage of all experiences. No one is rushing to post a review when they have a good experience with OnTrac. Which is what propelled me post my positive experience. Thank you OnTrac and everyone working on the background!!!! Not everything is as easy as people think it is. So happy I didn't lose my package like most of these people had led me to believe that I would.”
