“This is my new ONLY go-to auto shop. I was very weary of taking my Infiniti anywhere but I got a great vibe from this shop. They could tell right away how much I cherish my car and how particular I am. They were very thorough in their report showing me through their web app everything that needed replacing with pictures as proof to show. Other shops you just have to take their word for it and hope they do not scam you. The service manager and owner are super friendly and always happy when you come in or speak with them on the phone. Not like other shops where they just sound like they dread working where they're at. It may be a bit on the pricier side, but you pay for what you get. Id rather spend a bit more and make sure its done right and with a guarantee. Ill be coming back again for any further repairs or maintenance.”

“High praises for Peter's customer service - my grandfather has been coming to CAL for years as Peter is able to speak in Vietnamese. We were about 38 miles away when his car's engine suddenly lost power and wasn't able to accelerate well. Peter graciously waited for us 40 minutes after the shop closed for us to come by and drop off the car. He also was able to do service on it within 24 hours. Prices seem very fair too and he did a thorough check on the car while only suggesting to fix things that were necessary. He was super communicative too. “We were looking for a new repair place after our Corolla started with the dreaded check engine light. Frank took a look at it and fixed it up. Drove just fine for a few days as the light came back on. One of his techs suggested that could be the charcoal canister with the code that it threw and they got it ordered installed and its been good ever since. We picked it up late as he was there after closing working on some cars. Ever since then, we've taken the corolla back and trust his mechanic magic. We've sold the corolla and got another one new old one and taken it back to him for a checkup haha. Definitely take your cars to him for quality and trustworthy fix.”

“If I could give 7 stars I would.. Steve came to my rescue after fielding a call at 630 in the morning when I noticed my sprinter van had sprung an enormous oil leak whilst driving down to the gas startion. Fortunately most the massive leak I was able to wipe up , but the mystery was where all that oil had gushed out from. I am moderately knowledgeable about engines and I figured I had blown a head gasket, oil cooler hose or some other horrendously complex and expensive dysfunction. My van was not drivable and I was unable to determine the source of the leak. I was envisioning a tow truck, major expenses and a car rental to drive back home to Sacramento. Steve had the intelligence and integrity to suggest it might just be a simple easy to fix blown oil filter gasket. . He loaded up 3 gallons of synthetic oil along with a filter and a gasket and drove his motorcycle from home to the gas station where I was stranded and with in minutes had solved the mystery and allowed me to drive home safely and economically This is a quite a testament to his honesty, service orientation and ingenuity and he went out of his way to help a stranger .. I wish I lived closer , so I could regularly return to his business for future service. I trust him and you should too.. Thank you Steve... Well done”

“Life should be so easy. I brought in my 2008.Ford.Mustang cold air was it a foster on the front blowers very little AC I called over the phone to see if I could bring it in that morning they told me they would check it out within the next 2 hours they called me within 30.minutes they told me exactly what was wrong what the parts and labor and out the door price would be picked it up within an 2.hours later the A/CAnd just like that song from Foreigner you're as cold as ice. I have been personally looking it up on Google what it could possibly be and everything ranged from $400 to $1,200 it came out to $272. out the door which included the $95 analysis to find out what the problem was.I came to them from their Website and all the great 5.Star reviews it had and they can add another one on their board Very.Impressed very clean & very professional. I had taken the car to 4 different service shops throughout Orange County for various issues over several years, but none of them were able to permanently fix a persistent issues with the gear box.
