His work is quality; turnaround time is fast (depending on what service you need too of course); price is fair and most importantly, he never upsells you on service you don't need! I don't have to ever worry about servicing my cars because he has never suggested me any unnecessary service or quoted me a ridiculous amount. If an issue was so small (like a missing/loose bolt somewhere or something needs tightening etc) he would even fix it for me real quick free of charge! Anh Tho is the type that if he sees something is *truly* off and *needs* immediate repair, he'll let you know. But if it can wait, he'll just make you aware. He gave us $1,000 cash rebate as we dealed quick and easy. To tell the true, he offered lowest price for the best SUB. All the story short, we were lucky to deal w/him. Today I found a Mercedes Benz repair/service shop in Westminister to replace engine oil. One more surprise they looked into the program on screen and told me, ten more month untill engine oil change. “A friend of mine recommended this place to me and I'm so glad I came here. Anh Hiep is the most honest, hard working, reliable person I've ever met. He gives you a good deal and does a great job. He'll tell you what you need to do and won't over sale things you don't need. I've been back several times for my oil change and he has repair my front left headlights. I have a Prius and there was a recall to get those fix. I took my right side to another mechanic 2 yrs ago and now it's back to the same ole problem. I did the left here and it's actually even brighter than when I originally fixed my right one. I only got charged half the price here! What a bummer. From now on I'll take all my car needs to Anh Hiep. Wish I knew about him sooner.”
