“This has become the spot I buy my Christmas tree from each year. A few years ago after purchasing my tree, my car battery wouldn't start in the parking lot and I went inside to ask for help and was told employees aren't allowed to help because of liability reasons. That was not fun, but luckily a man in a truck parked nearby and he was nice enough to jump-start my battery. I was very impressed this year by Home Depot's plant selection in the Garden department. I got my husband a fiddle leaf fig that was almost as tall as me for $36! Also there was a very nice customer in the measuring tape aisle that recommended which Stanley product to get as a gift, which was time-saving and appreciated. I've been here plenty of times for random needs like spray paint or a shower drain snake and it's always been a positive experience as parking is easy, checkout had been quick, and items are in-stock.Will continue to frequent and recommend to others.”

“So I had to leave a review for this particular store because I was so impressed with their honesty. I took out some items from my wallet when I was using the self checkout. When I got home I realized I didn't have a bunch of credit cards or my driver's license. After freaking out for a few hours I thought I might have left them there. I called them and the guy said that they had them safe and waiting for me. Thank you!!!”

Parking lot is a bit small and cramped,tons of day laborers around but they don’t bother you..The nice lady that runs the self checkout and sometimes a checkout lane is nice and sweet,don’t know her name sadly ?”

“I usually complain about Home Depot customer service.... NOT HERE! Sometimes it gets slow but that's because it's crowded. Fast action people at the Pro Desk, always on point, Garden department is always helpful and they actually help u take heavy stuff out to ur / truck ...! Also the tool rental department very helpful and quick set As of July 2019 definitely have to say the so called "customer service " desk is officially s*** every goddamn time I go it's always something. Last time the fat b**** got annoyed with me because I didn't haul in 18 6x6x16 blocks and I asked her to please get a forklift guy to carry it off along with 2 heavy wooden pallets that I was returning. "Can't you haul it in ?" The b**** asked with an attitude. Well all that s*** is f****** heavy and this b**** wants me to drag it in by myself???? TF? Walking outside to check ain't gonna kill the fat b**** it will actually do her some good looking like she around she around 350lbs. And I always get b******* from the other two that are usually there I don't know how they seem to know I'm in a hurry but it seems that every time I need to get out fast I get more B******* like all of a sudden they can't find a purchase from a day before or all of a sudden it's a big deal that something was bought at a different store. F*** everyone working customer service desk at this store. I still love everyone in gardening and the pro desk especially. But really F*** everyone at the customer service desk”

“Evelyn Captain of Events was my secret Santa this year!!! I came in looking for the Grinch tree and found a sad little dried up tree by the register. I was told there weren’t anymore but I decided to ask one more person and there she was! She was able to guide me to a rack that was hidden between these ginormous (small) palm trees, and found a tree that was exactly what I was looking for. I was actually hesitant to ask her for help because she looked like she was hustling trying to get her work done, butshe was very pleasant and approachable. Thank you so much, Evelyn!”

My recent visit to The Home Depot on Katella Ave in Orange, CA, was mostly great, although it had one notable low point. Let's break it down, shall we?My mission for the day was simple - just a couple of boxes and some tape for an upcoming move. Of course, as with any trip to Home Depot, I found myself wandering around the store; you never know when inspiration might strike for a new DIY project, right?While navigating the store, I had the pleasure of meeting Anna in the kitchen area, who kindly pointed me in the right direction when I was looking for the restroom. Staff like Anna are what make shopping experiences truly enjoyable - it's not just about buying products, but the interaction and the community feel that really matter.Now, the one unfortunate aspect of my visit was the state of the bathroom. It was, to put it mildly, not up to par. I had to walk right back out, which wasn't a pleasant surprise.To sum it all up, The Home Depot on Katella Ave is a great place to shop for all your DIY and home improvement needs. It's brimming with potential project ideas and great staff like Anna. However, the cleanliness of the restroom could definitely use some attention. For this reason, I'm giving this Home Depot location a solid 4 stars - a little polishing and it could easily reach that 5-star standard. Keep up the great work, and let's clean up those bathrooms! “I discovered this place not long ago and it became the place to go to first when I have a remodeling project coming up or when a tenant moves out. Everyone working there is very friendly with a great customer service attitude, Jesse in particular, he always goes out of his way to help, very professional and knowledgeable especially when it comes to building material, appliances and construction in general. Inventory changes all the time so you need to make frequent visits that's why I always stop by when I am in the area to see what new items came in. This place is fantastic!!!”

“Home Depot: You can always find the kinds of things you need for building different projects at home Depot. I went there to buy a piece of insulation 4x8 sheet that I thought I could get cut on the sores there but they don't cut insulation there. The guy told me I could take it home and cut it with a exacto knife but I couldn't get it into my car. It was too big that way so he got down off his forklift even though he was doing something else and cut my thing in the in a different ways. I needed it to the different sizes that I needed the best service I've ever had.”

“Came in today to buy a washer. My dad and I were looking around for a few minutes. We didn't see anyone at first, I had to look for someone. I saw a gentleman working down another department and told him we needed help in appliances. He called for someone. As I was walking back a woman said I'll be right with you. She came back and she was AMAZING!! Fab was so friendly and helpful. She explained to us about the brand we picked, delivery, warranty etc. I was very impressed with her knowledge and how genuine she was with us. I was referred to by a floor planner that I was working with and right as I came into the store I was greeted and helped with immediately. There were several customers inside being helped and I got helped as soon as they were done. I came in asked for silver underlayment they helped me find the right one and got me in and out with a snap of a finger.”
