“Went in for a repair on a tire we just purchased last June. Hadn't purchased road hazard but was willing to pay the $25 or so to get it fixed. Was informed that after the repair that the sidewall had a bubble and the tire would need to be replaced as soon as possible. However, the service manager inspected the tire further and decided that this should be covered under the manufacturer warranty. I am so lucky that he did because I really could not afford $175+ right now for a new tire. We are making frequent 110 mile trips to LPCH and Stanford Hospital so this is a necessity for us to have tires in good shape. I am really lucky that the staff at this location took care of me the way they did today. It really means a lot to me and my family. Thank you so much to technician Justin W, service manager Juan Garcia, and everyone else who took care of me today.”

“I quite like America's Tire here in Merced, above all, their staff is extremely friendly and relatively quick when it comes to getting through a line of people. They really deserve 5 stars, but they are missing a crucial service as a tire shop. They do not do alignments. It makes no sense to have a tire shop that doesn't do alignments in my opinion, some other policies they have a bit annoying but other than that, it's a great place to get your car's tires done.”

After getting on the job site and starting up the backhoe I back up and the front tire breaks a bead and comes off the rim. Brian at Schoettler had Mike come out within 20min to patch me up for a very reasonable price. Will be Mammoth Dumps go to for future tire needs.”

“225 65 R17 tires balanced and installed for under $480. They open at 9 am on Saturdays and I was the first one in today. Within minutes people were walking in asking for alignments tire rotations and brake replacement. So word of advice get here early. I had been shopping around for new tires for a month. Nothing against America's Tires, Les Schwab or any other place I called. I know you guys have bills to pay, put paying $1k or more for tires I think I'll pass. I have bills to pay as well. They also have a wide selection of rims for all makes and models. Give them a try.”

“Thought I needed to get my tires replaced due to other technicians at other places telling me so but Adam (I believe that was his name) let me know that my tires were fine and would be for a couple of months! Also, they also accidentally had ordered the wrong tires for my car, which was no problem because they didn’t need to get replaced at the end but he explained to me that everything was fine. Ended up getting a refund for the tires ordered, but he was super kind and explained everything thoroughly! Will be coming back in the future once my tires do need to be replaced and definitely would want him to do the service.”

“Phenomenal service! Came in with a spare on that was badly ripped because I had to drive on it flat and my main tire had a large bolt in it. I pulled in they patched my main tire and it's held for 8 months so far and replaced my spare for super cheap like $25. The whole service was less than $50 bucks. 10/10 would recommend.”
