“Probably the most honest and straightforward mechanics I’ve meet. He helped me with my ignition coil fuel injectors and spark plugs. He took extra time to make sure everything was working properly even fixed some other issues I had no extra charge. He answered all my questions willingly and respectfully. I tried to leave him a tip but he wouldn’t take it. If I could I would give this guy 10’stars. I highly recommend if your in 209’area.”

“Phenomenal service! Came in with a spare on that was badly ripped because I had to drive on it flat and my main tire had a large bolt in it. I pulled in they patched my main tire and it's held for 8 months so far and replaced my spare for super cheap like $25. The whole service was less than $50 bucks. 10/10 would recommend.”

Thanks to Guero the Finance/Sales Manager , he gave me top dollar for my trade in and given this economy got me a low interest rate loan! The staff there also made me feel comfortable and were friendly. Only ran my credit once unlike other dealers that do it multiple times in a day. Guero was understanding with my time crunch and out of town commute, he started everything he could over the phone so when I got there it was an easy trade that only took an hour! “Went in for a repair on a tire we just purchased last June. Hadn't purchased road hazard but was willing to pay the $25 or so to get it fixed. Was informed that after the repair that the sidewall had a bubble and the tire would need to be replaced as soon as possible. However, the service manager inspected the tire further and decided that this should be covered under the manufacturer warranty. I am so lucky that he did because I really could not afford $175+ right now for a new tire. We are making frequent 110 mile trips to LPCH and Stanford Hospital so this is a necessity for us to have tires in good shape. I am really lucky that the staff at this location took care of me the way they did today. It really means a lot to me and my family. Thank you so much to technician Justin W, service manager Juan Garcia, and everyone else who took care of me today.”

“My BMW was overheating because of a blockage and the main mechanic Shane, helped me figure out what was the issue, what we needed to do and even fixed some pre existing issues with my vehicle as well for a very friendly price which is rare when working with OEM parts on a BMW. A few weeks after this I popped a check engine light for my air pump check valve and Shane knew to check the vaccuum lines for a leak and found one. He fixed the vacuum line and replaced it for no cost. Great service, Great knowledge and even better communication.”

“Where do I start. I’ve been on the market for a Camry XSE with red interior since they’ve first came out. 2021 I reached out to auto resources looking at inventory and I met Jay. He helped me look at cars via text message but I’ve never went down there because then didn’t have the exact model I was looking for with the red interior.I then stopped looking for a vehicle because I purchased a Cruze from my uncle in cash. Here we are 2 years later, back on the market looking for cars. Specifically a Toyota Camry XSE with white exterior. So I reached out to a couple dealerships in the area looking for a one then upon contacting auto resources I spoke to Jay which was the same man I spoke to almost 2 years ago! Fast forward today, Jay texted me this afternoon attaching 3 pictures of an XSE with red interior just what I’ve always wanted!! With my busy schedule as a mother of 3 and full time college student, on my way to the grocery store, I stopped by Auto Resources and PURCHASED MY DREAM CAR!! “I quite like America's Tire here in Merced, above all, their staff is extremely friendly and relatively quick when it comes to getting through a line of people. They really deserve 5 stars, but they are missing a crucial service as a tire shop. They do not do alignments. It makes no sense to have a tire shop that doesn't do alignments in my opinion, some other policies they have a bit annoying but other than that, it's a great place to get your car's tires done.”

“Finished my lovely three day weekend with a cracked windshield on my way back from Angel's Camp *tears* That windshield didn't stand a chance in this heat, it started expanding right away. After calling around a few local spots, I got a quote for $300 for my 2018 Jeep Compass from Low Price Auto Glass (everywhere else was over $350). I originally requested a quote online but I got impatient so I just called. I spoke with the manager, he asked some basic questions, make and model of the vehicle, asked about sensors, mileage, etc. To my luck they had the glass in stock and that I could come in at any time that same day. I asked if it would be an issue to come in around 4:30 PM considering they close at 5:30 PM and he said it was no problem! This conversation was very quick/rushed, so I was a little worried. I arrived right at 4:30 PM and let the receptionist know about the conversation I had with the manager. Not gonna lie, she seemed a little dumbfounded but didn't stop that from getting the work order started right away. They started working on my car around 4:45 PM and I was out of there in under an hour. The lady on the intercom kept announcing like: "30 more minutes guys, let's get to work!" or like "Let's go, let's go...15 more minutes!" a little concerning lol I guess that could be seen as motivation but when my car is the last on the lot, I definitely don't want to feel like the work is being rushed. The windshield came back perfect and the manager guaranteed a lifetime warranty so I'm not too worried.”
