Ordered them on line at 11:00 p.m. and picked up next day at noon. When ordering it asked if it was a gift and I checked "yes". I called next day to see if my purchase was ready and young lady on phone was so helpful and pleasant, saying "I look forward to seeing you soon ". What a welcoming conversation. “Every Friday I take my daughter and son to Yucaipa Ross. After a long hard week at school I always try to show my appreciation for my children's hard work and effort. My daughter whom is handicapped looks forward to every Friday because of this store and their employees. I cannot recommend this store and their staff enough. My some complaint would be with the sizing.In recent years, Banana Republic has moved to vanity sizing. My pants, which are normally a 31 or 32, were 4 inches too large. I needed to purchase a 28, which is NOWHERE near my waist line.I really hope they stop this. BRING A TAPE MEASURE when you shop here!!”
“A great store for niche gifts! My sister is a Hello Kitty Collector, my nephew loves Disney and Star Wars, and we have friends that are into anime! This store carries all these things and more and they have great unique collectibles, clothing, souvenirs and niche tchotchkes! It is kind of like a PG version of Spencers Gifts. They also carry many items exclusive to their store.”
“Macy's is my favorite place to shop! My old man took me shopping for new work clothes. He bought me 3 beautiful Michael Kors dresses... one of which will look great with the earrings pictured below. These multi colored dangling bling earrings make the cutest sound while wearing... like a soft tone of a bell. Dra picked up some new threads from Macy's Backstage and you wouldn't believe how much he paid if I told you! Let's just say he found a nice pair of jeans and two shirts for under twenty dollars.”

Seriously the service, her suggestions and assistance was Saks quality. Very talented, professional young lady. I see a future business owner in her. We came in for two items and left with way more. Their other stores For Good and the kids Nectar are great too. So glad we have these places in Redlands. It makes me happy to support local businesses.”
