Terrible experience. They never answer their phone and offer no available times to meet with a banker. My advice, go to a different Wells Fargo branch!

I went to the branch this afternoon and I had the worst customer service experience. I didn’t know that the lady at front is the owner of the bank and even though if you are the owner you have to take care of your customer.

I am so glad I went out of my way to come to this exceptionally well-rated branch. Haris, the new branch manager, went out of *his* way to fix a WF credit card issue that has plagued our nonprofit for a year. Wish I had come in sooner!
