“Nice, clean well stocked store. The manager is an Indonesian woman not the cool, older white guy I thought it was. Caution, you will encounter the little short Indonesian male a**hole often running the store who causes customers much woe which I'm sure karma will come back to haunt him one day. Anyway my sister attempted to buy a car charger from a promotional box full of them that read buy one get one free. He tried to sell me only one charger which appeared used and dirty. When she asked about the second one free and a cleaner first charger he got very upset told her it was a old promotion and that these items can't be sold, She then asked to buy my lotto tickets and he refused saying I have the right to refuse service to anyone and told her to get out. Confused at what just transpired she left unaware during the commotion that she left two credit cards on the counter. After the first encounter, in the following days this clerk saw her twice, making eye contact with her getting out of her car going to the store next door. He only spoke up about having her credit cards when she came in to the store again to speak with the store manager.Conduct your transactions clear and count your change before leaving because this particular clerk has proven to be dishonest. If you have problems here trust that it is not you. Contact Chamber of commerce or the police department, if serious enough.”

“4 stars for convenience. They are located right off the 101 freeway and they have a smog station right here . Water and air is always working and free. Mini mart as well is fine. Not super stocked. Always use my Safeway points to get discounted prices on the high gas prices! Highly recommend”

“The customer service at this Chevron location is always consistent. They're courteous and helpful. The gas prices are often better than the other Chevron on University. Its spacious and even better that it has its own carwash. However, this carwash sometimes is not open when it needs to be but when open and operating it is so helpful to have! The air is always free but vacuuming is $1.75. Lately vacuuming and air has been experiencing some rough times because its been wearing the "out of order" sign for a minute. While they might not work the fact that it has these things available makes it a worthwhile stop.”

“I needed to get medication from the pharmacy. Unfortunately they were closed, I went to try to start my car, and it did not start.. I ended up having to leave it in the Walgreens parking lot. I called Walgreens and I got this really nice assistant Manager named " Johnathan".. he made sure to put a note on my Car, so it would not get Towed until I pick it up tomorrow.. his customer service skills were incredible.. I would highly recommend this store!!”

“I was surprised to see how low the rating is for here. I’ve never had to come here for anything medical or pharmaceutical- so i can’t speak on that. The staff is usually very nice and patient- but there’s this one lady who always gets mad if you stay in the store too long without buying anything. She always acts so suspicious of the middle schoolers hanging out but i guess it’s understandable. She yelled at my friend for no reason but wtv. The lady today was nice and very polite! A convenient store if you just need to pick something up idk”

“I've been to this pharmacy once a month for the last year.Like any pharmacy, there's usually a line. The folks who work here have always been kind and effective at communicating. The immense amount of regulation on the pharmacy industry means that when something doesn't meet the expectations of customers, the pharmacy staff can't really do much to fix it.I was initially put off by the pharmacy's low reviews, but I don't think the currently 1.9 star rating is a fair measure of the folks who work at the pharmacy. This is as good as a pharmacy can be. 5 stars”

“Looking to pay $2 more than every other gas station in the Bay Area? Then today is your lucky day! This place is very consistent and rest assured you will always pay $2 more per gallon than every place else. Looking to buy expired snacks at double the price? You'll feel like you just hit the lottery because again.... This place will always have expired goods at double the price. The bathrooms here are also "broken" year round. The owner will point to the bushes behind the gas station to relieve yourself.”
