Sergio was very professional and polite. He quickly found the problem with our water heater and walked us through everything. He was honest and didn't try to charge us for things we didn't need. I highly recommend Sergio for any plumbing and water heater issues. He is at the top of our list for anything we need in the future.

My toilet gurgling and my entire service line backed up. Mr. Gonzalez came out and fixed it immediately. He was done snaking the line within 30 minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable. I won't use anybody else!!!

Sergio was great! Knew exactly what needed to be done with my water heater. Great communication up front about what my warranty did and did not cover. They were able to fix what Big Orange Plumbing could not and failed to do. Definitely recommend and will request again.
