The workouts always vary and it's fast paced so you don't get bored. The trainers are friendly and will help you with form if needed. The general atmosphere is friendly and not intimidating. Because there are different stations, it's a good mix of group energy yet independence. I especially loved being able to show up and having my workout entirely planned and laid out for me. Didn't have to think about it - just showed up! 100% recommend this gym.”

I have been there almost 8 months now and all I can say is nothing but incredible things. I have had a ton of success with getting stronger and losing fat. The programming is fantastic for people from beginner to advanced. More importantly I feel valued as a member and not just a pay check. Haven't had any issues with "clicks." Everyone is warm and welcoming and wants to see you succeed. I started off with a 6 month membership and now I'm going to sign a year contract. I can't imagine going anywhere else.”
