“They had some lovely toilets especially the bidets that are seat warmers. I was inclined to get it my sister was not, there was a gentleman that was a Marine corps veteran that was lively and we talked to him frequently as we saw him frequently throughout the store. Then when we got out to the street the gentleman got out of his car because he was in front of us and he was waving and laughing and made us laugh so much cuz he said fancy seeing you here or something like that. So he gets back in his car and I start looking at the back of his car and realized he's a US Marine veteran and I told him that I was a hospital corpsman in the Navy and he said a corpsman saved his life in Vietnam. I love it when a plan comes together. ? ??? ?”

“Tracy, a young man in the Paint Department, went above and beyond the call of duty the other night. I needed two cases of black spray paint to recover my metal fence. There wasn't enough on the shelf so he got a ladder and got me the two cases I needed from overhead. It's always refreshing to see a younger person be competent in their job, polite to the customer and get you what you need in a hurry. Lowes has great customer service with this young man, Tracy.
