“I was at Lowe’s Menifee on Monday, Feb 12th in the outdoor garden area. I needed a couple of xl terra cota pots and didn’t really think my shopping trip through. The pots were way too heavy for me. I couldn’t even unstack them, they are so heavy. My thanks and great review are directed specifically to Nate. He came to help. These types of pots are not packaged well for shipping and are often scratched. Long story short he went through their entire stock and even those in the back of the display and pulled the best two. He loaded them on to a push cart, wheeled them to the register and applied a discount. While I was being rung up, he waited until I was done then loaded them into my car! He was very courteous, friendly, professional and helpful! He really went above and beyond! Kudos to Nate - Lowe’s is lucky to have such a great employee! Thanks Nate!”

“Dave in the paint department provided the BEST customer service. In this time where I've noticed it difficult to find an employee that is enthusiastic about their job and there is such a lack of help at many stores that cater to customers, Dave was a breath of fresh air. Instead of pointing me in the right direction to find the wood stains, he asked me about my project and discussed my options on what colors and types of stains to use. He took his time to explain the different types of wood there are and how they all take to stain differently. He was an expert on the topic and I felt confident that he could help. I've been trying for months to find a stain that would match our cabinets. He looked at my sample and was able to match it instantly. He was spot on when several others could not help. Thank you so much Dave for going above and beyond to help. We are thrilled with the outcome. I wish there were more people like Dave (friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, genuine and enthusiastic).”

“Tracy, a young man in the Paint Department, went above and beyond the call of duty the other night. I needed two cases of black spray paint to recover my metal fence. There wasn't enough on the shelf so he got a ladder and got me the two cases I needed from overhead. It's always refreshing to see a younger person be competent in their job, polite to the customer and get you what you need in a hurry. Lowes has great customer service with this young man, Tracy.
