CrossFit Defy has seriously gone beyond my expectations. The classes are amazing and the people are even greater. 1000/10 gym. So glad I became a member! I highly recommend this place to anyone. After every class I feel like I’m getting better and better!

Great local gym with awesome teachers and owners. I’ve joined gym after gym and this is the only one where I look forward to going to each class.
