The other shop told her that the back tires should be replaced because they were old and cracked. At American tire she spoke with a young man named James. He was wonderful to her. “This is an update. I had bought some very nice tires from Les Schwab last week. Today I bought in my truck for front brakes. The estimate was 690 dollars. When the job was completed I was presented a new price of 380 dollars!!! Seems like there was no need to replace the rotors. I'm totally impressed with the honesty of Les Schwab.
