“I showed up early on a Monday morning with a 68rfe in the back of my truck. Talked to Troy at the front desk who was very helpful and said he would have his expert look at it as soon as he could (I myself have worked in and been around the automotive industry long enough to know that usually means 3-5 business days. That was not the case here). He called me 2 hours later with a few questions and had an answer to my problem by noon the very same day.I know that's it is not liked when customers watch or help with builds but I had to know what I did wrong...Tom ,the transmission master, was more than willing to answer my questions and explain to me what I did and why what I did was not going to work. Big thanks to those guys for putting up with my eager mind and answering all my questions!Very knowledgeable crew with a very fast turnaround. I will be taking all of my current and future business to aatco transmission in marysville, CA from now on. Couldn't have had a better experience!”

“I am absolutely grateful to have found Belli's Automotive and equally as grateful to have met Lona and Bob. I needed to obtain a lamp certificate as well as a brake certificate in order to attempt to salvage a vehicle that was involved in an accident. in 2017 a driver hit my vehicle and fled the scene. Without uninsured motorist coverage, I have been picking away at repairs for the last 6 years to make up for the damage that was done. On July 16th of 2023, amazingly, another driver hit me in the exact spot, though not as severe. The world works in mysterious ways my friends..... The process with Belli Auto was professional, but was also coupled with a personal helpful touch. I was given the opportunity to make sure my license plate lights worked and I was also given a general overview of what would be looked at just in case I wanted to think it over before proceeding. After a couple hours, I returned and was advised that I passed my brake inspection, but that my headlight covers were extremely oxidized and yellow. I was given an opportunity to go get them cleaned by buying a kit at AutoZone without being charged for a reinspection. After doing so, I returned and asked them to perform a smog check to which they readily agreed. The entire experience was fantastic and I could not be any more happier. I may end up being able to keep my car after all. Accidents are no fun, they are just downright stressful and cumbersome. I honestly almost had a panic attack going through all this, and yet its still ongoing....If you ever need an inspection, or an honest opinion about your vehicle, do not hesitate to schedule an appointment. I am so glad that I did. 5 stars here.”

“This place came highly recommended. I read the reviews and I’m so sad for the negative review on the person that didn’t call you guys back on a warranty job ?Duhhh. And then give a bad review. Childish…….My friend Garry. C recommended me, has a red ford explorer that wouldn’t start for weeks. A friend tried to work on it and it still didn’t start. He had it towed there. Then… jokes on my friend that I’m blasting .. hahaha the automotive place returned his call and said it’s just fine sir. It starts great and they even kept it a day to make sure! They all laughed about it. (It sat in the driveway 3 weeks not starting) Massey automotive disconnected the battery and reconnected it and it still started perfect. Bottom line they spent time on it AND NO CHARGE was given to my friend. That’s LOYALTY!! He’s a senior citizen that has a disability and fixed income. Kudos to Masseys kindness.So it’s Saturday July 2nd 8pm & I left a voicemail to get help with my knock sensor that’s shot, I hope. I purchased the part and hopefully will get to see them this week after the holiday. The price quote of $300 was to much for me from Wheeler so crossing my fingers. I’m giving these guys a shot. I promise if I miss your call I will call back considering you’re working on my car! Thanks guys & ladies at masseys for not charging a senior citizen for you time tinkering with it. “Don is extremely knowledgeable and was a tremendous help diagnosing the problem.I was 600 miles from home towing a 24' travel trailer when my box grenaded.They let me park up and "camp out" until I could get rescued.He was straightforward with what the problems were and what it was going to cost. It wasn't going to be cheap but I felt it was going to be done right.I left the truck there and went on down the road to my final destination. “This place, every time I go there they have helped with tons of information, and suggestions so that I don't end up spending money when there are other things that need to be done, (code clearing, drive cycles) before getting my car smogged. Definitely not going to tell you things to just get you to spend money with them. These helpful suggestions ended up saving me a lot of wasted time and money to ensure I was able to accomplish getting my car smogged without having to keep repaying when it didn't pass.
