“Promptly had an issue with one of my tires unexpectedly & made a call to this shop to be seen, they were able to fix and take care of my issue . Along with the promotion they had for tires, I was not only able to switch out one but two for the price of 1 . Pricing was somewhat fair enough for what I received. Overall I wouldn’t know about everybody else but for tires I think it’s a safe place to get fixed . As of now I can give them a solid rate because of the customer service the front desk had and overall experience.”
“They did a great job, had front Grill replaced, front bumper replaced and side running boards installed! Staff was very professional and courteous, and was able to accommodate for me when I was running a few minutes late for pickup after they had closed for the day. Quality of work was thorough. A-1 service. Highly recommend anyone to come here if they need repairs or installations done on their vehicle.”
“My first time dealing with Central was pretty much perfect. Needed to get my brakes fixed as I knowingly waited a bit too long (I like to get every last little bit out of brakes and tires, which isn't super smart), but I was alerted by the newly squeaking brakes just last night that I couldn't wait anymore. I figure I lucked out today and was able to bring it in immediately and get the work done in one day. They pointed out some things I needed to know without any kind of up-selling. It seems a bit remarkable that without prior notice, they can inspect, fill out a report with pictures, get the parts, do the work to completion, and seemingly not cut any corners (that probably wouldn't work out well for reputable mechanics), and get me out the door so I wouldn't miss the next day of work. They stayed a bit later than closing to get it done, no complaints on their part, nor mine. I'll be back for some of that other needed work very soon.”

They consult with me before doing anything that would cost extra and give me a straightforward assessment about what needs to be done now versus what can be postponed. “While traveling in the area my car had an issue on the freeway and I could not drive it, I was towed by AAA to this shop. Very fortunate to get to this shop - the staff were able to come out and check my car and even get it working so I could get home to my local area. They did not even charge me for what they did.
It is a stressful time having a breakdown especially with my family, but this shop really went above and beyond. I will be always grateful. This would be my go to shop if I lived in the area for my BMWs, I could instantly tell they knew what they were doing and were enthusiastic about older BMWs. I think the owner’s name is Fred and I really wanted to thank him! Kindhearted folks like this are hard to find nowadays.”

They always fix my cars, even when no one else can figure out the issue. I take all of my cars there. They provide quality service and excellent customer service. They are so nice even with any questions I may have. I am totally thankful for all the help they provide me over the years and never take advantage of me with pricing, even though I am a female customer. The prices are always reasonable and fair. “I've used the Repair Shop with Sal and his crew a bunch of times over the last couple years. They have always done great work at a reasonable price which is becoming harder to find these days. They are also a customer first shop and are great about explaining the work they think you need and cost before they start. If you have any questions or issues with the work done they do everything possible to answer those question or will ask you to bring the car back to look at any issues you might have. They are my go to shop because of all of these reasons. Don't hesitate to give them a try.”

Jeff, manager, and team were great, quick, thorough and affordable.
