LMI is the only IT service I trust that works with home offices like mine. Worth my crossing the Bay for! Yes I looked around closer to home. One IT service, in my neighborhood, sold me a bad charger that fried my laptop battery. Not trust-inspiring-- if they got a charger wrong, what could happen with their IT? I had Internet , too, through LMI. Then switched to Sonic's high-speed fiber, *only* because Sonic reached my area with that before LMI did. LMI's now expanding their own high-speed fiber. I kept my LMI email boxes for years after. That gave me time to gradually, selectively migrate my business contacts over, and archive key emails. With that finally done, LMI's Support team walked me through my last steps. With the same generous, expert support I've always gotten from LMI. So glad to keep LMI's IT and repair services! And fully recommend LMI's high-speed Internet too. PRIVACY Both LMI and Sonic are stellar when it comes to protecting our privacy. No selling our browsing history, as most Internet Providers do. They don't even keep our emails beyond a few weeks or so. Plus they're independent, and staying that way!”

“I was able to switch from Sprint to Tmobile super fast and I was able to keep my same number. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy that helped me, he was great. Tmobile has a first responders discount so we're able to save a lot on our phone bill. Customer service upstairs is way better than the location downstairs.”

“I was in a service area where my options were really bad for internet. AT&T were going to offer me basically DSL speeds which was not going to work for my business. Comcast was going to charge me $85,000 dollars to run Fiber!! My neighbor down the road suggested I call WiLine because he had the same issues with his location. I called them up and got a rep to help me right away, I got expedited installation and she even threw in a free month of service! So far I have been really happy with the speeds and the price. It hasn't gone done yet and it has been 6 months. It's still fast and strong and for me it's one of those services you don't have to worry about.”

2001 Diamond Blvd Suite 150, Concord“Went to store on Dec 7 and greeted by Perry S. who was super helpful and friendly.He helped me and my wife to exchange our old set top box to the new 4K set top box.He also provided us a new cable to connect the box to the wall mount.We were in the store for 5-10 minutes and we received the best service we have never had before.I had to returned to the store again on Dec 11 due to the faulty 4K set top box.This is expected due to the fact that they were all refurbished units.The office was extremely busy this time and I had 10 people ahead of me.Again, I was lucky to work with Perry who provided me with exceptional support.I’ve worked with many Comcast representatives in different locations over the past 22 years as a Comcast customer.Perry is the best, the most knowledgeable and friendly person.”

“So, I usually don’t write reviews but I think in this case of this store it does! I come into the store annoyed and angry because I am dealing with a pervious phone company. I was working with one of the employees and he was having a hard time so he decided to get his manager. Daniela (the store manager) came to help and cleared a lot of the frustration I was having. I ended up joining because of her! I love this store and I am happy to say I am a proud customer of t-mobile!”
