“I am sure we are all familiar with a phrase you get what u pay for well it seems that this store definitely operates like that don't get me wrong some products are just as good as at your local retail store for less then half the price. Some items make you think that you would have gotten more use out of your money if you started your fireplace with it,lol.”

“Love the staff the lady that works there is so sweet and cool and has been for years they have dope clothes and unique styles as well unlike most mall stores that just bring in whatever is cheap and trendy and sell it for the high .no complaints about status here.Probably should Note that they arent open sundays but neither is chik-fil-a so what are ya gonna do?”

“They often have a lot of good items at a fair value. Not many "name-brands" if that is your preference. They have s decent amount of produce but do examine it as sometimes they are at their end. But generally good deals can be found on a variety of goods.”

“Not that Vallejo doesn't have plenty of discount stores already...(I've counted at least 10 so far) but at least this one is brand new and clean. Since this is fairly close to my house I decided to drop in for some quick gifting project stuff im going to be working on soon. Thankfully everything I needed was there including some things I wasn't exactly looking for but surprisingly found. Another great attribute is that they have a restroom open to customers and that is scarce to find with COVID-19-and all of its variants floating around. Please keep it open! If all else fails and you don't find what you need there...as I said before there is no shortage of discount stores... There happens to be a 99cent & more store just across the parking lot, so no need to fret about the little every day things....somebody's gonna have it.”

“"Dollar General" What a joy it was when "Dollar General started moving their stores out " West". The nostalgia, the memories and joy these stores bring me is really like a piece of my childhood. What is that you ask? Well having been born in "Arkansas" and having loved back and fourth between there and "Texas" till my family decided to come to "California". These were the value discount stores I remember. "What's Special about Dollar General?" Everything is special about "Dollar General" or "DG" as I affectionately know it and kinda the slang word my family in the South and Midwest use to use. Just like those other establishments you know, the one that says they're only "99¢" and the other one with the "Tree" or "Family" depending on where you live. Not everything is just a dollar anymore....let's get that out of the way first. But what you do get at "DG" is consistent and the offerings actually IMO is better than what the competition has to offer. I like the "General" in the naming because they're basically telling you that everything isn't just a buck, but generally speaking a great deal of things are. "What you should expect...." Great deals and an expanded amount of offerings that you won't see at the competitor stores. At "Dollar General" the stores often times are in areas where the markets are very convenient for shoppers. Here you really could go grocery shopping, buy your toiletries, get your general household items, even self care products, and for you people that like your "Spirits and Beer" they got you covered. A true one stop shop really, especially if you don't feel like going to a big box retailer and dealing with long lines and annoying people, especially during this day in age. "Conclusion" Dollar General Concord: Sits right off the freeway on Solano Ave in Concord. Service: The service here needs improvement, often times the staff seem annoyed people are in the store, like.... we're the ones supporting the store so that it stays open. Price Range: The prices range from one dollar and up like most of the stores in the "Value Bracket" now. But still the prices are pretty competitive especially when you compare it to 'Wally World" or "The Red Bullseye" if you get my drift.”

“Not a lot for 99¢ but everythings cheaper than Safeway? Good place to go for cheap body wash, razors, toothbrushes, if your watching your dollar, or if you watched your dollar fly away, and you don't have many left!”

“Stopped by dollar tree for a few items. Bought a few simple toys for the kids, gliding planes, stirafoam doesn't last forever but they do love flying them. New track toy with balls to hunt for the cat. Also got some cleaning supplies for the house spices, frozen berries and hot pockets. They had new organizing boxes that looked good, just the right size I needed.New set of reading glasses for me...I broke my last cute pair stepping on them. They have fathers day gifts in plus memorial and 4th of July decorations. This place is well stocked, clean and clerks are helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking shared with the rest of the shopping mall.”

“It’s a standard store. It’s pretty clean and organized. I’ve found it better to go after 4pm less crowded. I’ve never seen them with more than 2 cahiers.”

“One of the most pleasant Dollar Tree stores to shop in. Not because it's different from any other Dollar Tree, all stores have similar merchandise. But because the manager and staff are helpful, friendly, and provide great customer service. I would drive out of my way to shop here. Refreshing !! Thanks to the manager, who walked to the front of the store from the back to get a shopping cart for me when he saw my arms were full of items. And the cashier, who I saw wiping down the check stand to make it more sanitary. Thank You!”

“Very clean and organized, one thing I do not understand is how are you selling the brooms separately, you have to buy the stick/handle separately from the brush, why don't u just charge for it all together and keep them together, instead you charge per piece and you never find both.”
