“We've been bringing our dog here for a couple of years now. Have found it to run significantly smoother than the other Vet offices we've tried in L.A. and also with much more reasonable pricing. For instance, when my dog needed dental work other places were quoting us at well over $1,000 and Shane did the work in the $600 range. It's been easy for us to get appointments and waits are not typically very long. I'm sure there are lots of competent Vets in LA but I have found it very challenging for many practices to have functional front desk staff. Whatever Shane is doing to keep their operation running smoothly, it's working. :)”
