They show you the CarFax and other pertinent data on how they arrive at the price. They send payment via Federal Express the next business day, and it arrives 1 business day after the date sent which you can track on FedEx.When I was trying to complete a sale at the end of a week, Jen at Trade-In Solutions called me to ensure I could get in at 4 pm on a Friday. They have always kept their word, and in dealing with auto sales, that is an enormously big deal. “I bought my third car from Shaun today. The first one I had for 5 years. Never once was in the shop. Aside from tires and oil changes, I once had the battery cleaned because it started slow like 3 years later. Eventually got brakes at the 4 year mark and that's it! Never even did a tune up, changed plugs, no transmission or coolant service, nada. The second car was so quiet you couldn't tell it was on. He even risked the sale by suggesting a newer car and got me approved with lower payments. The car I bought today he got me approved over the phone and when I arrived he got $40 knocked off the estimated payments. Mike, his brother helped with the paperwork and had great tips on getting rid of the interest faster. I strongly recommend going here for a car. Two cars and not one time has it had repairs done over a 6 year period. Kari was also helpful. They have a great team there!”

“Brought a vehicle to Car Max to sell since we didn't want to deal with placing ads and meeting up for test drives. We received an offer which was valid for 7 days. Price they offered was fair and the process was seamless. They require the title and vehicle registration to complete the sale. If you have only 1 key they will adjust the price down. Luckily we had both so not sure what the adjustment would be. If 2 owners are on the title with an "or", then just 1 person needs to sign off. Car Max will handle all the DMV paperwork. Just remember to cancel your auto insurance for the vehicle. We walked out with a check after a short wait. Easy peasy.”
“I had been looking for a Tesla and corresponding on line to look at a Tesla 3, set an appointment on line to see it on Saturday at 5pm. When I arrived the person I was expecting to deal with had gone home. There may have been a problem with the online scheduling. Luckily Terri was there and jumped into action. He took great care of me. We took a test drive and looked at the car. There was a few marks and some slight damage ( used Car) . Terri had Zaad take a look and walk us through what he could do for us . After getting financed with Uncle Harry I took the car. They had me drop it back off on Monday and Zaad took care of the car. Picked it up tonight and what I can tell so far. It is amazing the nicks not only taken care of , but looks almost like a brand new car. The price was right. The service great and you get treated like family. Can't go wrong here. I also fell in love with Jackson so friendly and playful...Jackson is the guard dog.”
