“I had a iphone with a broken screen, or so I thought. I had a quote of $110 for the repair. When I got to the shop, I was told that it was not the screen but the screen protector that was damaged. Really?!? A new screen protector was applied which cost $20 instead of $110. The repair was done in minutes. I could have been quoted the $110 replacement and not questioned the cost or the need for the repair. Really honest personnel. I couldn't be more pleased!”

“I called to see if they had the screen for my Galaxy S10 plus. They had it in stock. When I found out the cost I was in shock. I call a couple of other vendors to see what their cost was. Other vendors said it would be the same price, but they didn't have it in stock. I wanted to get my phone fixed so I took it to DropSmashFix. (AKA IPHONE REPAIR 1430 Santa Monica Blvd.) The on off button on my phone was missing, and the technician repaired that as well for no extra cost. Thank you DSF”

“I bought my NAD 7250 PE stereo receiver in 1986 and it still works till this day in my secondary room mostly for music but it had developed an intermittent right channel at lower volumes. Found Henry's by googling authorized NAD repair centers and sent it off. Turnaround was extraordinary; under two weeks, other NAD shops had said months. Couldn't be more pleased. It sounds, and the knobs and buttons operate, better than I remember when new. Highly, highly recommended for your vintage gear. The cost was 1/4 what a "modern" replacement would have cost as I need pre out/main in for an outboard amp to run a center channel for quasi 3.2 the few times I use the TV in that room, and to integrate a MiniDSP which acts as my crossover/EQ for my dual subs. “Angel is THE GUY!I took my laptop to UBreakIFix as I was having networking/Bluetooth issues that caused my laptop to keep crashing, and they had it from 10am to 12pm the next day (26 hours), and said they couldn't find anything wrong with it.I brought it to Tech-S.O.S. the next day at 10am, and he was able to run a diagnostic, find the problem/error code (internal network card), replicate the problem, install and try a new card, call me by 245pm with a diagnosis of the problem and with a solution, with the laptop ready for pickup by 4pm same day.
