Evey helped me open up a sapphire preferred card. I’ve never applied in branch and she made me feel super comfortable the whole time. Any of the questions I had, she was extremely helpful explaining things like how to improve credit score and such. Thankful i have her as a contact for any future questions!

An employee named Philip was very weird when he approached me as I needed help. He did not solve any of my issues I had and frustrated me because he didn't know how to do his job. Might as well go back to training. Flirting with your customers is definitely not okay!

Made a wire transfer at 10:30AM at the branch and was told it wouldn’t take more than 2 hours for it to hit the recipients account. I needed the money in the account by 1PM. Five hours later and over an hour wasted on the phone and still no transfer. Back at the branch to be told to sit and wait because it’s in “limbo”.... how wonderful!

Do not use chase bank! I had check fraud of over 4k and they said it was my fault. So I have to take them to small claims court. Went into this branch to change the account information, was told I'd have access to my old records online, not true. Went back to get print outs of my history to file taxes. They said it would be mailed to me in 2 weeks, that was 8 weeks ago still no paperwork. DO NOT USE CHASE.

I withdrew cash from my account and teller counted the money wrong (short $200) twice prior to trying to hand it to me. I asked her to count it a third time as I thought her count was off. At third count she realized she had made a mistake?! And said "you are right"! It was an unusual experience as I thought tellers should know how to count. Just be careful when withdrawing money these days!

The worst service I've ever had at a bank!! Stephanie the manager sets the haughty, rude tone. I was thinking of opening an account there but never will. I thought BOFA was bad but they are so much better than this particular branch. I'll write her superiors. Read the other bad reviews. They talk about how RUDE they are here. Including really rude tellers. They need to change out the workers in this whole place.

Tried to open an additional checking account as an existing (now-ex-customer). Apparently, all the “bankers” were too busy to help and I was told to come back another day. Additionally I was told it would take 45 minutes...Bank of America got the whole thing done in 3 minutes.Way to treat long term customers Chase...

I have never had any banking issues until I started using this branch. Every time I go, there is a line, they have also started not accepting checks written to our business with our business name that have been accepted for over 5 years at all other locations. This branch makes banking difficult.

For open saving uncount he say need: id, ssn, work permit, passport or green card. And appointment only tomorrow. Online don't need anything. Why you need this personal?!
