Evey helped me open up a sapphire preferred card. I’ve never applied in branch and she made me feel super comfortable the whole time. Any of the questions I had, she was extremely helpful explaining things like how to improve credit score and such. Thankful i have her as a contact for any future questions!

An employee named Philip was very weird when he approached me as I needed help. He did not solve any of my issues I had and frustrated me because he didn't know how to do his job. Might as well go back to training. Flirting with your customers is definitely not okay!
