Ive been banking with Chase for years and this was the best experience everyone was so helpful especially Rueban who helped me get my travel credit card just in time for my trip which I didn’t even think was possible. They even followed up to make sure I received it in time. I can’t recommend this branch enough they are the best of the best

As an Investment Advisor Charles Cline was difficult to get ahold of and did not promptly return phone calls. Not proactive at all. Did not reach out when market responded in a unique way and fund hedges did not work as expected. For the high management fees that were charged I expected more.

Let me start off by saying I have been a customer at Chase for over a decade. Although my experience has always been great, my appointment with Jerry was exceptional! Jerry was extremely helpful, patient, professional, and a great laugh! Going to the bank is never characterized as "fun" or a "good time" but my husband and I both left with smiles and knowledge about our future financial plans. Thanks again Jerry! We will always make sure to bank at this location!

There was a messup discovered late in the day so that I landed there 20 minutes before closing. They stayed almost an hour to fix things.

I used to frequent another Chase branch. I went to the "UFO Building" a year ago because I couldn't reach my regular branch and I wanted an appointment to make some changes after my mom passed. At that time, I met Jason Solano. A year later we were thinking about making some investments and I immediately reached out to Jason Solano. Jason steered us in a better direction than we originally planned and a week later we met with Charles Cline and Jason Solano. Personally, I think Jason is a huge asset for this branch, he has a great personality and a genuineness about him. What a great young star he is.

I came to cash in my check and I asked the lady cash in deposit 3 times and she only deposit I think you have to send your employees to a hearing test

I had the pleasure of working with Ben and then Jerry at this branch on Good Friday. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with Chase. They went above and beyond to complete my business and stayed overtime to ensure they completed everything. All of this on a holiday! I couldn’t have been more pleased with their care.

The reviews are TRUE! I stopped in to open a checking account a couple weeks ago, and Jason was PHENOMENAL. Friendly, and very professional, but perfect amounts of each. I'm THRILLED to be moving my accounts here from another bank. Parking is easy, tellers and bankers are friendly, and the inside is very clean. I'm actually stunned, as I've never had so pleasant an experience at a bank, EVER.
