There was a messup discovered late in the day so that I landed there 20 minutes before closing. They stayed almost an hour to fix things.

Love the customer service at Chase bank 700 S. Sepulveda Manhattan Beach. Danae, Alexis, Jason & Ruben always greet me by name and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Makes banking a pleasure.
