“I want to start off by saying I know little to nothing about cars. I had to go to LA for a 3-Day work event and coincidentally and to my bad luck, my car managed to act up on a Saturday after all the shops were closed. I spent over an hour trying to get in contact with shops about my car troubles and Nagy was the only person who answered the phone and gave me a response (even after his stated business hours)! Due to his shop not being open on Sunday, he was extremely communicative about me getting my car to his shop early Monday morning. He helped walk me through the process and gave me an initial estimate which was very reasonable. He even stayed until late night to finish working on my car as I told him early morning I would need my car to get back home/to work early morning. Super down to earth guy, gave me life and car buying advice, and most importantly, my car is working perfectly no issues. He thoroughly checks your car and wants to ensure EVERYTHING is up to par before you leave his shop. While I do not live in LA, his kindness and attention to detail will not be forgotten. I will definitely be coming back when visiting LA in the future. Thank you Nagy!”
“These guys are great. Did a beautiful job on a low door, dent and scrape on my car, took only three days.Recently, I had my car in for a service at the dealer and they told me they couldn’t open the hood. They said the only way they could do it would be pry it open and cause some damage.I took the car to Ultimate Coachworks. Right away they knew exactly what to do and could open the hood without damaging anything.They had my wife and I wait in their office and less than 30 minutes later they had opened. the hood and fixed the broken cable mechanism. I asked what I owed them and they said no charge.You don’t get service like that too many places these days.”

“If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. This is the BEST bodyshop I have ever used. I was in TWO accidents (fender benders) and my 2022 Prius needed some serious work, luckily my insurance covered the costs (minus deductible) but the damage was extensive. All of the cars sensors were wrecked, no more parking assist, no more warnings when I'm too close. MBS not only fixed everything, they guaranteed the work. When I took the car back, everything was working better than before. I tested all of the sensors and parking assist. PERFECT. Not to mention the car looks BRAND NEW! Nestor was my point person and he dealt with the insurance company, there as no hassle. In fact when I forgot to mention some damage and told him about after the claim had already gone through, he did a quick readjustment and called the insurance company ... they sent over a check. Nestor was great! I really hope I don't get into anymore accidents (but this is LA haha) if I do, MBS has my business for LIFE!”
“Luis does amazing work. Took him my 1995 Cadillac fleetwood brougham that was hit on the front bumper and driver side fender. He left it looking like nothing ever happened. He was able to find all parts,chrome pieces, trim moldings,and everything. Paint and gold pinstripe look great like nothing ever happened.
