Based on Tesla service center recommendation, I went to Jim and Jacks with some help on my 2021 Model S Plaid. They were Great! Bianca was especially helpful and courteous. I would definitely use them again for all my Tesla needs.

I had a great customer service with Abel Ascencio, he ordered the parts in advance. He kept very good communication during the 2 weeks my car was there. The 2 girls at reception needs to be more kind and less arrogant (no one likes to repair the car because of any accident!!) .
