From beginning to end, my service advisor Harlen was empathetic with my situation. His first question to me was "are you doing okay?". That took my experience to another level because it was not about my business, but rather about my safety and well being. Something that I value incredibly and had truly never experienced! “First visit to pick up the vehicle was stressful with a 3 month old baby. I arrived at 9 didn't leave until 4:45. The good thing was that I was prepared with formula and snacks for my other kids. Made a quick stop at Whole Foods nearby. It was an issue with the key. Yet we stayed cool and my hubby on the other hand was not happy due to the customer service person not offering a rental car to take us back after my hubby had to go back to work. But second time around completely different people and outcome. Better customer service/support and more efficient customer experience with communication.”

“Rented a car and before returning vehicle to LAX this was the place on the way. The location is good, and easy to access. Depending on the traffic access in and out can be tricky and oncoming traffic might make unfamiliar drivers concerned to merge and get out. The pumps were good condition. Has diesel. Prices are normal for LA area. Over all good experience. Did not go inside.”

“On September 13, 2023 I went into the facility at 3364 S. Kipling Parkway to have an inspection done for a claim I filed after backing into a light pole at the DMV.After one look at the small amount of damage, the Production Manager popped the bumper back into place and cleaned up the scratched paint. All at no charge to me and then he cancelled the claim.I very highly recommend this facility.”

“My car broke down right when I got to work - it would not start / or rough start - An error code P0335 (Crankshaft Position Sensor) was displayed on my OBD-II reader.I did my usual Amazon and YouTube search think I wanted to fix it myself. The more I read of possible repairs the more I started to look for a near auto repair place. I found a few nearby and also consulted my coworker if he knew of a place nearby that he could recommend.Right away my co-worker T** suggested this place named C's Auto Repair. I have never heard of this place, but I trusted my buddy and stopped my searching online. I spoke to Saloum and explained my situation and that I would like to have my car towed to his location in Lawndale. He said no problem.After the car was dropped off - they inspected and called me to explain and invited me over to show me their finding. I told them I would come over to see their finding and explained to him at least in my opinion when someone recommends you, they are doing this for a good honest reason and trust is part of it, but I still went to see for myself since he recommended, and I was nearby.I truly felt that they were really transparent about the findings and the estimate price he told me. It was also brought to my attention of things I have possibly overlooked like fluid levels, worn belt, low oil, oil leaks, and warning lights. But from now on I will pay more attention to these.The problem turned out to be not as serious as it could have been if I have kept trying to start and driving my car and not have it towed to C's Auto Repair.My car was done the next day and even feels a bit faster, lol. The cost turned to be as it was estimated. I'm glad I listen to my co-worker recommendation I can say for now I will defiantly bookmark "C's Auto Repair" in Lawndale, CA on my phone for future auto maintenance.Thank You,Satisfied customerFV”
