Comerica El Segundo provides an outstanding banking experience. The location is ideal, just a couple of minutes from my home in Redondo Beach. You enter through a beautiful garden/fountain area and when in the bank where the lines are none or short, I am welcomed and greeted by my name by the awesome manager Andre. Andre provides exceptional banking and customer service and makes me and my spouse Marvin feel like very valued customers. They also have very sweet tellers working there, especially Dory. On top of all of the great service, Comerica offers very competitive rates and excellent deals including a zero percent credit card through Elan bank. I highly recommend this great bank to anyone in search of an exceptional bank with staff that go above and beyond to show they care about each customer.”
“This is my go-to Chase branch! The customer service is warm and caring. My new private client personal banker, Christina, is stellar! She’s gone above and beyond helping me open my new business accounts and cards, continuing to demonstrate genuine concern for how things are running months after I set them up! She’s always friendly, courteous, professional and makes my bank “problems” her personal mission to solve! The business accounts manager and branch manager have also taken the time to introduce themselves to me and seemed very personable and well-meaning. “UPDATED REVIEW 2023 - This was the first day I've ever come in here and there was not a soul in the building. Yes. I know it sounds ridiculous, but honestly... One of the employees explained to me why this is so. Specifically on a Saturday afternoon after COVID lockdown. The two reps working today were very nice and accommodating AND I came in right before my birthday, so they wished me a Happy Birthday before I left. Thank you! Best visit ever.”

“This is one of the very best branches . I go out of my way to come here . My office is in Brentwood, we live in marina Del Rey and I come to Manhattan beach because of the exceptional service. I came in today and was greeted by not one person , but two beautiful young ladies at the front entrance. Today my teller was Gloria . I asked if Alex was available but he was assisting another customer . I told her he spoiled us with outstanding service the last 2 times we were here . Gloria said she would be more than happy to help us . She was amazing . She was very warm and friendly and very patient with us . She recommended a special program that would offer me a much higher interest rate. I was very impressed. Gloria was simply amazing . The management is doing a great job in providing outstanding service to all of their clients. We got a chance to say hello to Alex who is awesome ! And don't forget , they have the best gourmet coffee and hot chocolate. Thank you Gloria for a great experience today ... and a special thank you to Danny who helped my daughter!”
