“I want to start off by saying I know little to nothing about cars. I had to go to LA for a 3-Day work event and coincidentally and to my bad luck, my car managed to act up on a Saturday after all the shops were closed. I spent over an hour trying to get in contact with shops about my car troubles and Nagy was the only person who answered the phone and gave me a response (even after his stated business hours)! Due to his shop not being open on Sunday, he was extremely communicative about me getting my car to his shop early Monday morning. He helped walk me through the process and gave me an initial estimate which was very reasonable. He even stayed until late night to finish working on my car as I told him early morning I would need my car to get back home/to work early morning. Super down to earth guy, gave me life and car buying advice, and most importantly, my car is working perfectly no issues. He thoroughly checks your car and wants to ensure EVERYTHING is up to par before you leave his shop. While I do not live in LA, his kindness and attention to detail will not be forgotten. “Well they did it again!!! Fantastic car service from Lexus! I went in for regular maintenance and new tires during inspection they found a leaking gasket. I bit the bullet and left my car thankfully the loaner was a lifesaver for the week. Brian just made the process run smoothly. “First time bringing my vehicle here after an unfortunate and unexpected event happed around July 03. My 2021 Tacoma was melted and I honestly thought it wasn’t repairable since I’ve never seen this.
After going back and forth with my insurance and the shop the Tacoma is back; and it looks like nothing had happened in the first place!
Paint job matches, truck looks good as new, and I don’t even remember what was damaged in the first place because they fixed it up so well!
The shop also was very attentive and quick with the truck! It only took a bit because of insurance but that’s on the insurance end. The shop is also very responsive, friendly, and very patient especially within the first couple weeks of me calling a lot.
Overall, great shop, people, owner, etc. I will come back here again for other vehicle needs when needed!”
