Scott the owner is super knowledgeable about rocks and gems and can explain how they grow and where each stone is from. He is also wonderful to chat with and very friendly. “I recently had an exceptional experience with Chrome Hearts in Malibu, and I felt compelled to share! Despite visiting several branches in the past, my fiance and I had never physically been to this specific location. My fiancé fell in love with a wedding band we came upon while at the Osaka branch. Unfortunately, ordering it there wasn't an option for us at the time. Undeterred, I reached out to various branches through email and phone, including New York, Hawaii, Las Vegas, and West Hollywood. Regrettably, none responded. Ready to give up, I decided to call the Malibu branch, and to my surprise, my call was answered!! The associate, whose name escapes me (apologies!), directed me to Ian, who turned out to be a lifesaver. Ian was incredibly responsive, efficient, and detail-oriented. He understood the importance of making my fiance's dream wedding band a reality.
