“I'd bought tires at Costco and needed an alignment so I found PAC in Costco's list of affiliated auto repair shops and checked out their online reviews which. looked real good so I had the work done there (though they send alignments out). At that time I met Mark, the owner, who was very knowledgeable and seemed honest. Prior to taking a cross country trip to Michigan I had an oil change and inspection done there on my Grand Cherokee Jeep, and I looked at the recommendations they'd made on the inspection sheet. Mark went through it with me and explained the different items and if I needed them at this time. He explained the Throttle Body and Carbon Clean which he said should help increase gas mileage; so I had it done. In the past on a trip like this one, the most we'd gotten was approx 26 MPG, and on this trip I was surprised to see over 29 MPG on certain stretches of this drive, which could be the reason, but I'd never seen this before. I have to believe it was as Mark said and give credit where it's due. I trust Mark and the work they do but of course would always keep my eyes open. I just picked up my wife's Mountaineer (117,000 miles) where we had the wheel bearings replaced. I refer my family and friends to Preferred Auto Centre, hands down. One other important point is that they register all repairs with Car Fax which also indicates their responsibility for the work they do along with their transparency.”
“I have been to Elite Express Carwash many times. I have their unlimited monthly plan which means I am there often! Having two young children, my car gets messy and dirty quite a bit so I love having the flexibility of going in as many times as I want with the plan! The location is convenient as it is right off the highway. In addition, they have plenty of vacuum stalls - no matter how busy the carwash has been, I have always been able to access a stall. “Great customer service, amazing attention to detail. I brought my car in after it was shipped to me from Northern California with small sap dots all over. Alejandro recommended a clay wax treatment and was able to get all the sap off in less than 2 hours. My car has never looked better! They covered my car so it wouldn’t get too hot, offered my husband and I water and snacks, and texted me directly when the car was ready - such wonderful customer service. “I just had my car serviced at this repair shop, and the experience was great. Eric was friendly, knowledgeable and communicative - I can't help but appreciate that. He ordered the parts (switch and battery) on Friday and squeezed me in on Saturday. Highly recommended for anyone in need of car care.

“I had seen a few signs about car washing so I got some information and figured I'd give it a try soon. When I got there it was simple I signed in left the car there were several options ranging from $25 and up depending on your car type and what you are looking for. I dropped my car off around 1 and didn't have a specific time to be done by. My car ended up being ready for pick up by 4:40 PM. I chose the $35 option to clean the inside and out just to see how it would turn out. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and I got a punch card so once I reach a certain number I'll get a free car wash!”
“Went in to buy some coffee. They have 3 choices: decaf and 2 medium roasts. Prices: Small - $1.79Medium - $1.89Large - $1.99They were out of half and half (machine dispenser) but they have those small flavored coffee creamer pods. It did the job.”

Moe, that cashier, is the most helpful, friendly guy ever and cares for all his customers. “The best car wash. Two guys work together so your car gets extra attention and the process twice as fast. They do a great job wiping the interior, using compressed air to blow out water in hard to reach areas (that typically will drip down and leave marks with other car washes) and they don’t hustle you on upselling. All in all a great experience and wonderful job.”

“I nearly ran out of gas today in the heat with my baby and was able to safely park right next door to the Shell station. The gas station owner helped me put enough gas in my car to get it running and get to the next nearest gas station on my way home. Their kindness was so appreciated!!!”

Noe makes sure the customers are happy and their needs are met. Nene is a great person to have work on your car after it comes out of the washing area. He’s detail oriented and very consistent. “Called ahead and scheduled a time for my Indian Roadmaster to get cleaned. They were incredible and considerate on how they washed it due to just getting a ceramic coating last month.They let me take off the bags and trunk so it could be cleaned everywhere. Incredible attention to detail, reasonable price, and they took their time.Will 100% go back when it's needed.”
