But I needed to get a car smogged and tried them out with a coupon as a bonus. In short, while the outdoor waiting area is not too comfortable, the service is quick, efficient and reasonable. In and out in about 20 minutes.”

“I just bought a new car yesterday and immediately took it to Lavaggio for an exterior detailing. I was greeted by Alejandro who provided excellent customer service and concern for my satisfaction. He ensured that my car was not only thoroughly detailed-- but also personally oversaw and participated in the final inspection! The car looks awesome and I am completely satisfied with the results! I cannot recommend this place enough--- they are honest and thorough. The inside waiting room is so comfortable and outdoor patio furniture is so comfortable. Their concierge Greta is so kind and customer- centric-- the whole experience is 10/10. I will only take my cars to Lavaggio-- I drove all the way from Toluca Lake to Agoura Hills and it was worth every minute I travel time and every penny. Ask for Alejandro and you will be treated like a boss! Best. Detail. Ever.”
