“Absolutely wonderful experience during a difficult family time.Silas helped us to rent a hospital bed next day. Tara and Silas dropped off the bed themselves, set it up, showed us how to use it, and were out the door in 15 minutes! Kind folks who genuinely care about the people they’re helping with their products. Will be going here for all future needs :)We also called about a suction and Silas gave the helpful recommendation to get a prescription so it would be covered by insurance, even though they didn’t have the product and we’d have to get it elsewhere!”

“You don't have to be local to order from them!!! I wanted to use the company's UPS account to purchase an order, and their customer service was AMAZING! They were quick, considerate, and helpful. Not only did they figure out a way to get the order in without getting charged the shipping, but the communication and requests were just so smooth to work with! No delays or confusion!More Prepared basically has all the emergency equipment you need for your home, office, car, etc. I ordered a few missing items for our office's kits and are now just waiting for the supplies to arrive. I'll come back here to update this review if the items ordered are not as expected. MP prices are slightly more reasonable than our previous vendor too! For now, because of their customer service, I definitely recommend! :)”

“My first time here and definitely will not be my last! Leaving on a trip to Nashville with my MIL the next day and, "broken wheelchair!" I desperately Yelped for medical equipment stores and found At Home Medical - and more importantly - the wonderful COLLEEN!! She had just one wheelchair that MIL loves left and I raced there to get it. The store was impressive. Filled with all the things we caregivers are happy to find - and then some. Colleen was super helpful, understanding of my needs, and so knowledgeable - it was a delight to find someone who really loves what they do! She even showed me the BEST electric/manual wheelchair that I can carry and FOLD! Got it for MIL's bday next month. Oh, and recommended awesome compression socks that worked like a charm for both me and MIL. Went back yesterday to get FIL a new walker for his biz trip! Our family will be a customer for life! Well, as long as Colleen is there - for sure! Ps. MIL had a blast at Grand Ole Oprey.”

“I have an old heated vest and I couldn't find the charging cord. So I contacted customer service and with some pictures of the battery I was able to find a cord. Leslie did say that the battery is over 10 years, so it might not hold a charge. But I could buy a new battery that uses the new cord. Thank you Leslie.”

“Rebecca is the one to talk to! Sweet and kind, understanding and works hard to get the exactly correct items you need. After foot and ankle surgery, it was my first time being seriously disabled. Rebecca told me what I would need after coming home and arranged to have everything delivered just before I got here. On the big order, she made sure that the pricing was as low as the company went and has consistently handled me like a best customer. Her personality, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile marks her as a stand out individual and I hope her management recognizes that with a title change and a pay raise. Integrated Medical is now a solid part of our favorite providers and we will be using them exclusively during the next 12 months of recovery. The two deliveries, by Jesus, were made on time with a polite dedication to helping us understand and use the required equipment. It is hard to explain how helpless you can feel, and then be lifted up to a much better plane after having dealt with this consumer-oriented store. “You get to talk to an actual live person which is great. He helped me track down the exact Ossur brace I needed. My brace arrived in under a week via UPS brand new and perfect. These guys are legitimate and I would absolutely use them again.Update: I realized I needed one size smaller. Completely my fault as I had read the fit guide incorrectly. “GKY Dental Arts really has the right name: dental arts! I had my 2 front teeth veneers done there after a poor job done with another lab. And OMG, Ken from the Torrance lab was so amazing! I have a very complex color/shade to match, and he is a real artist! He took the time with me to really match these veneers with my other teeth: now I can smile with my mouth open without being worried people will see my 2 fake teeth!
