8AM - 2:30PM
815 Pollard Rd, Los Gatos“Using them today, as an outpatient, I found the staff to be professional and courteous. One thing to understand about this lab: you don't register for your lab test at the lab itself. The lab staff are focused on taking samples and running tests. You must "sign in" at the hospital main registration. On weekdays, this is near the front door of the hospital, not far at all from the lab, so it's convenient. On the weekends, however, the front registration desk is closed. Instead, you register for your lab test at the ER department. This is at the opposite end of the hospital down a very long corridor. If walking a distance is not a problem for you, it's a good bit of exercise. If you are mobility challenged in any way, and you are going to the lab on the weekend, you may want to do a two-step process. Drive to the ER, register, go back to your car and navigate on city streets to the front of the hospital, park again, and go get your lab work done.”
“This is the second time I have used this Path location for blood draws. Each time, I was greeted quickly, my med insurance and other info gathered efficiently, and then my blood was drawn. The office (waiting area, office area, blood draw area) is clean. The technicians know what they are doing. They handle the draw professionally with very little, if any, discomfort even when they have to connect a second vial for large draws. It's good to have a place like this.”
“I hate getting bloodwork done, but Karen did an amazing job. The other 2 women (1 working the front desk and other phlebotomist) were super friendly and great too. Will come here again for Karen & the good, quick service. I didn’t have an appointment and they were able to accommodate me.”
